I remain available for face to face, standard in surgery consultations at the Mudgeeraba General Practice and this will always be my preference where possible.
Should the need arise, I am also available for telephone and / or video link consultations.
Patients who have a fever or any respiratory symptoms such as cough, sore throat or runny nose are now able to come directly to the practice but will be asked to wait on the chairs outside prior to the consultation. The need to keep our staff and vulnerable patients safe requires that the waiting room be kept clear of acute illness wherever possible. You may be asked to complete a Covid RAT test prior to attending.
In most circumstances, patients will be brought into my consulting room and I would ask that you please wear a mask unless you are informed otherwise. There may be occasion to complete the consultation outside, but I shall try to avoid this wherever possible.
